This is a photo of the cabin site before construction began. A cedar bridge provides several viewing platforms. The bridge connects the road from above to the cabin below. The landing of the cedar plank walkway has gas lanterns on each post to illuminate the walkway at night.This wildlife pond, "guzzler", sits below the cabin area and creates the perfect spot for watching wildlife as they come in for food and water.
At Kocurek Land Improvement, we can work with sub contractors to add improvements to your ranch that will make it unique.  The project to the left was built into the side of a hill facing the sunset.  The wildlife pond below makes this an ideal location for watching wildlife as they come in for water in the evenings.  It is complete with a food prep area and restroom facilities to make this one more entertainment area on the ranch.

The flagstone swimming pool can also be heated for use as a hot tub. Jets surround the seating area to give guests the perfect surroundings for relaxing at the end of the day. A custom pump house was built to hide unsightly pumps and pool equipment. The rock firepit adds to the relaxing ambiance of the pool/hot tub. Custom fabrication services for facility specific needs are available upon request. This fire rock was constructed to add ambiance when using the hot tub at night.
A flagstone swimming pool or hot tub completes this island in the middle of the lake.
